I am an undergraduate student at Widener University studying Psychology. I currently work part time in the field of substance abuse treatment, but also have interests in sports psychology and music therapy.

I love music, running, reading, writing, coffee, and concerts.

Growing up, athletics were a huge part of my life. I played field hockey, basketball, lacrosse and ran track for many years. An injury to my lower legs put my athletic career on pause, and I am currently working on nursing my legs back to health so I can have a running career. I have recently adopted yoga, which is quite peaceful and healing.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers mean a little too much to me. Anthony Kiedis' autobiography, Scar Tissue, was a large inspiration and reason for my choice to work with clients in recovery.

Over the years, God has blessed me with a beautiful family. Many of the close friends I have made throughout the years have also become family.

I hope to start using this tumblr account more often, as I have not made much use of it thus far.

I will most likely share music, lyrics, poems, pictures, lower leg healing advice, and maybe some videos.
